At CG Swad, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take extra care in packing and delivering your order with freshness and hygiene. However, due to the nature of our food products, refunds and cancellations are handled with specific conditions.

Cancellation Terms
- ❌ Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
- 🕒 Cancellation after dispatch is not allowed.

- 💬 WhatsApp cancellations are also accepted if confirmed.

- ✅ Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- Product received is expired or spoiled
- Product is damaged or broken
- Wrong item delivered
- 📸 Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
- 💸 Refunds are made within 5–7 working days to the original payment method
No Refund Conditions
- When Refunds Are Not Applicable :
❌ Taste preference or change of mind
❌ Minor packaging damage that doesn’t affect the product
❌ Delay in delivery due to weather, strikes, or courier issues
Return Policy
Can I Return a Product?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or delivered.

- Can I get a refund if I didn’t like the taste? – No, taste is subjective and not covered.
- My product came damaged. What should I do? – Send us a photo within 24 hours and we’ll assist.
